Our secret vinegar took years to develop and was chosen specifically for it’s flavour enhancing characteristic. This non-acidic vinegar does not taste like your normal vinegar. In fact, it doesn’t taste like vinegar at all. It just enhances the inherent flavours in your food.

On its own, Black maple will initially impart its smokey flavour, followed by sweet and savoury notes with a lingering umami taste. Use it in marinades, salad dressings, sauce reductions, and any savoury dish you want to enhance. The most delicious food to use it with is meat and seafood.
