Pour the salt into a pan. There should be enough salt to completely cover the bottom. Heat it at the highest setting for 5 minutes.
Place the shrimp on the salt and do not stack them on top of each other. Cook for 1 minute. Flip them over, then cook for another minute.
Continue until all shrimps are cooked.
Drizzle Red Diablo, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice on top.
