Maple Mustard

A very Canadian take on an American classic. We’ve all had honey mustard before, often to dip chicken nuggets in, or just to slather on to a great burger. This can be used the same way, but with the added hint of toasty and caramel flavours of maple syrup. It’s another great sauce to have handy in your fridge. It can be a great base to turn into salad dressing. It’s also one of the easiest sauces to make since it doesn’t require many steps or difficult technique.
