Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb tuna

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 cup edamame

  • 1/2 cup scallions, minced

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced

  • 1/4 cup Dark Sakura

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 4 cups cooked white rice

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tuna and avocado into small cubes, about 1 cm

  2. Add edamame, Dark Sakura and sesame oil

  3. Gently fold ingredients together

  4. To season the rice, mix the rice vinegar and sugar together, then pour over rice. Fold until even

  5. To assemble, place rice on serving bowls, then put the poke mix on top

  6. Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
