Tuna Poke Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 lb tuna 
- 1 avocado 
- 1 cup edamame 
- 1/2 cup scallions, minced 
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced 
- 1/4 cup Dark Sakura 
- 1 tbsp sesame oil 
- 4 cups cooked white rice 
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar 
- 1 tbsp brown sugar 
Instructions:
- Cut the tuna and avocado into small cubes, about 1 cm 
- Add edamame, Dark Sakura and sesame oil 
- Gently fold ingredients together 
- To season the rice, mix the rice vinegar and sugar together, then pour over rice. Fold until even 
- To assemble, place rice on serving bowls, then put the poke mix on top 
- Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
